Velouving Refund Policy


At Velouving, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you're not happy with your item, we're here to help with our return and refund policy.

1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


3. Return Process

-Email Address used for the order
-Reason for Return


If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
