- Orders are typically delivered within 10-14 business days. Our shipping partner is YUN Express.
- International orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday-Friday, KST), excluding national holidays specific to your region or country.

Delivery times may be delayed or interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

- Service disruptions
- Customs duties or inspections
Please note, Velouving is not responsible for these delays. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their respective governments.

If your package is returned due to customs refusal, we will notify you. Refunds or exchanges are not offered for packages affected by customs issues.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, we are unable to process, ship, or reship the package. Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided when placing an order. Shipping fees are non-refundable for packages sent to incorrect or invalid addresses.
